The company announced that the Android One model will come with stock Android 8.0 Oreo. HTC will also offer the U11 life as an Android One device without the Sense skin outside the US.

- What will it cost? HTC has finally joined the "bezel-less" club with its latest flagship, so the bezels are much slimmer than any previous flagship smartphone from the company. We'll update you as soon as more information comes up.

We like the look and feel of the U11 Life, it's an attractive mid-range phone.

Pre-orders kick off on 20th November, with a SIM-free price tag of £699.

Pricing wise we know the phone will around $900 SIM-free directly from HTC.

The upcoming HTC U11 Plus has been leaked in a video that was uploaded on Facebook recently, which leaves little to the imagination. Measurements are 158.5 x 74.9 x 8.5mm, and the weight is 188g.

What's more, the device supports Google Assistant as well as Amazon Alexa and has an IP67 certified body for water and dust resistance.

The device is equipped with a bigger battery, Snapdragon 835 and a 12 MP camera on the back with full-sensor phase detection autofocus. For those whose lives revolve around areas with super-fast Wi-Fi hotspots, you can save a lot with Fi. The cameras, on the other hand, remain the same, while the fingerprint reader has been relocated below the rear shooter to accommodate the larger display. There is ample space between the camera sensor and the fingerprint sensor so that you do not smudge the camera glass cover accidently. The smartphone is also capable of recording 4K videos. For any phone that is targeting the midrange and budget markets, having a 3.5mm audio jack should be a no-brainer. The U11+ relies on a 3,930mAh battery for fuel. It's a shame that HTC won't offer the uncluttered Android experience to American buyers, though. Edge Sense allows you to squeeze the sides of the frame to perform actions like launching Google Assistant, snap pictures and turn on flashlight, among others. The U11+ will likely promise the same battery life with a 6-inch display. It comes in two variants of 4 GB RAM along with 64 GB internal storage and 6 GB RAM along with 128 GB internal storage. In addition, the display is going to be protected by Gorilla Glass 5 and you also get a microSD card slot with which you expand your storage up to 256GB.

Taimen became the LG-manufactured Google Pixel 2 XL. It features Cat. 11 LTE modem that supports maximum download speeds of 600 Mbps.

Starting today, you can buy the phone unlocked on HTC.com, which only has AT&T and T-Mobile support (CDMA, which is required for Verizon and Sprint, is not included).
